Dear Bahar Sahi,
My name is Susanne Simonsen and I write to you from Denmark. Here I work as a volunteer for The Danish Red Cross in the Danish asylumcentres.

Three years ago I met Hadi Mousavi, a young boy from Afghanistan. His parents died when he was a child, and he and his sisters and brothers were mainly brought up by some friends in Iran. The family is originally from Khandahar. Due to an old family conflict they fled for Iran. Many years later the children and their ’new parents’ also had to escape from Iran because of this old conflict.

Hadi travelled first, and arrived in Denmark in March 2009. In spring 2011 the rest of the family escaped to Turkey. Here one sister, Khadije, with her baby left for Germany, where she now has asylum. Her husband was supposed to follow, but was unfortunately killed in a train accident. Another sister got married to a Swedish- Afghan man, and went to Sweden. The rest of the group, two grown ups with their own boy, and one sister and one brother of the Mousavi family was left. We don’t know where they are now.

In the summer of 2011 Hadi and Khadije was united with the help of Afghan- Iranian networking.

Hadi and Khadije know that their sister Miriam is in Sweden. She is 17-18 years old, she speaks dari and farsi.

We hope that you can help Hadi and Khadije to find their sister. Enclosed is a ’poster’ with a photo of Hadi and Khadije, Hadis ph number and a description of their sister. We hope that you will be so kind as to spred this poster in the Afghan society in Sweden.

On behalf of Hadi and Khadije I thank you very much!
I got your mailadr. from Daniel Palin from SAK.

Best regards
Susanne Simonsen
